Why Me?
I am a 16 year old developer and a professional staff from Asia, I have started configuration in 2020, and learnt general development further in 2021, I have dedicated myself to mastering server development, management and secuirty.
What sets me apart: Unlike many developers who take weeks on simple plugins, i work very fast, I can complete simple projects within a day, and Core plugins takin months within a week. I always choose equality over equity.

I'm highly experienced and always looking for servers that i can do development work on, I do make mistakes but i try to learn from them. Im very active, i don't interract much with members unless they need me or there's a bug, I respond to staff and higher-ups mostly.

How do you handle Staff Abuse?As i said my main principle is equality over equity, i'll do everything to make it stop while I contact higher-ups.
I was removed from PlayMantle and McSim because i did a keyall on playmantle, and mcsim removed me because they thought i was using code from playmantle (Even though the gui playmantle made was in DeluxeMenus and i was making a plugin, and Even the owner and my Higher Up lead dev told me to copy this exact menu 1:1)
